1. Have an interest in the field of education (all majors welcome)
2. Have an interest in developing research and evaluation skills (no prior experience is necessary)
3. Have access to a computer and the internet, as work may be performed remotely 
4. Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Google Drive  
5. Be able to work collaboratively 
6. Be highly organized and detail-oriented
7. Participate in meetings and trainings with the PEER Group and the intern cohort
8. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
9. Maintain eligibility for the Federal Work-Study program at NC State University (i.e., undergraduate student standing and satisfactory academic progress)
