2022-23 MSEN Program Application/Registration

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2022-23 SCHOOL YEAR IS STILL OPEN for high students only!! 

 

  1. Please download and review all of the following documents on the MSEN program:
  2. Review the 2022-23 MSEN Calendar for any conflicts that you may have with our Saturday programming.  Students are required to attend all Saturday sessions.
  3. Complete the online registration form, click here  -> 2022-23 MSEN Application/Registration Form The registration form MUST be completed before any forms and report card/transcripts are submitted.
  4. Review and sign our 2022-23 MSEN Consent & Liability Form. The form must be signed in pen; we do not accept a typed signature. 
  5. Submit your child’s 2021-22 final report card, PowerSchool grade report, or high school transcript. Please be sure that the report clearly shows the student’s name. If it’s a high school student, be sure that the overall grade point average is shown as well.
  6. All documents must be emailed by September 16, 2022 @ 11:59 p.m. to the MSEN program office at ncsumsenpcp@ncsu.edu

Parent Information & Orientation Meetings

Before the child’s application/registration is accepted, a parent is required to attend ONE informational meeting.

Informational sessions will be held virtually through Zoom.

Please register for one of the three sessions:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Please note that annually each student is required to pay a non-refundable registration fee. For the 2022-23 school year, the registration fee is $110; for students on free/reduced lunch, the registration fee is $55.

Registration deadline – September 15, 2022 @ 11:59 p.m. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
