Kenan Fellows Program

The Kenan Fellows Program (KFP) provides opportunities for development and advancement, inspiring educators to drive innovation in North Carolina public schools. Key components of the Fellowship are a five-week internship with a mentor in a local workplace (university or industry setting) and 80 hours of additional professional development. From this experience, Fellows create relevant and engaging lessons for students that are shared with colleagues through a variety of professional development venues. See more at: The FI Eval Team works closely with KFP leadership and staff to develop and implement an evaluation plan to assess the impact of their strategies on participants and other stakeholders
