Published by: Businessweek
Date: December 22, 2008

Specifically, these components should include improving school connectivity and technology as well as connection to school technology for students of low-income families. Doing so would not only show a committment to improving education to deal with a changing, global economy, but it would also provide a stimulus to the technology and telecommunications sectors as jobs would need to be created to implement the creation and maintenance of these infrastructures.
