Dr. Kleiman Presents to State Board
Dr. Glenn Kleiman, Executive Director of the Friday Institute for Educational Innovation presented an update on the NC 1:1 learning Initiative to the State Board of Education on February 4, 2009. The presentation included the strategic approach to creating future-ready high schools, as well as an update to the pilot program that is currently underway. Dr. Kleiman also touched on how the Federal Stimulus Package could benefit the state and the next steps needed to prepare for a large scale implementation. You may download the presentation here.
